A good starting place is Google, or DuckDuckGo, or any other search engine. When you’re looking for advice you can search for whatever you need and then the technology you’re using. For example, we want to know how to add items to an array in JavaScript. We’d look up something like: “add to array javascript” and Google will find some useful starting points.

Something to keep in mind is to simplify the language you’re using. This usually nets a higher number of results since you’re using less specific language.

If you happen to get an error code of some sort, you can also copy-paste it into Google to get some more information about it.
